Book by Thursday, April 16, 2026, to secure the conference preferential rate of $279 CAD per night (plus taxes and fees). A limited number of rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis for booking between Monday, May 18, and Friday, May 22, 2026. We encourage attendees to book early to secure availability at the conference rate.
