**Student registration is reserved specifically for full-time equivalent students currently enrolled in a WIL program.

This year's conference kicks off with an optional member welcome reception on Monday, June 16, followed by our official program starting at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, June 17, and running until 2:30 PM on Thursday, June 19.​
Group Registration & Invoicing
We do not offer a group rate, but can put multiple registrations on one invoice, for ease of payment. For group invoicing, please contact Jennie Nilsson at jennien@cewilcanada.ca.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:
🔹 Full refund (minus a $100 administrative fee) for cancellations made before May 15, 2025.
🔹 No refunds will be issued after May 15, 2025, but substitutions are permitted.
