**Student registration is reserved specifically for full-time equivalent students currently enrolled in a WIL program.

This year's conference kicks off with an optional member welcome reception on Monday, June 16, followed by our official program starting at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, June 17, and running until 1:30 PM on Thursday, June 19.

What’s Included in Your Registration?

Your conference registration includes:

• Monday Evening Member Welcome Reception – Kick off the conference with great conversations and connections. Finger foods will be served and bar service available. 

• Morning Refreshments and Coffee Breaks – Coffee tea and refreshments will be available each morning, as well as daily nutrition breaks to keep you energized.

• Lunches – Tuesday and Wednesday lunches are included with your registration.

• Exciting Wednesday Night Event – A fun-filled networking and entertainment experience awaits—details to be revealed soon!

 

Group Registration & Invoicing

We do not offer a group rate, but can put multiple registrations on one invoice, for ease of payment. For group invoicing, please contact Jennie Nilsson at jennien@cewilcanada.ca.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

🔹 Full refund (minus a $100 administrative fee) for cancellations made before May 15, 2025.

🔹 No refunds will be issued after May 15, 2025, but substitutions are permitted.
